  2. Paula, this family has been, & will continue to be, in our prayers. We can only imagine how their hearts must be hurting so. We are so saddened for their precious loss on earth. May God bless them with peace, and may they find great comfort in their faith.

  7. This totally break my heart. Sure hits home given how close it came for us. Our only son sure looked forward and is thrilled to have a baby brother. The dr. even said that my placenta had started to calcify, even though I was not overdue.

    Prayers for this family.

  8. Sending more prayers their way...

Thanks for your comment today on my blog. I went to Derham when it was still located on the campus of St. Catherine. Our class rooms were on the second floor of the Derham building. There was approximately 30 girls in each grade except for every fourth class had 60 because there was one extra classroom. My aunt was actually in the first graduating class and my Mom in the third.

I still have family in St. Paul. I remember when they tore down Monkey Wards. Ugly, ugly building.
